InceptionAI builds Infinity, AI drafting and intake automation software for immigration law firms. Infinity turns source documents into complete case drafts — forms, attorney letters, and structured evidence — using each firm's existing templates, so attorneys review a finished first draft instead of assembling one from scratch.

What we build

Infinity supports employment and business immigration matters (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and EB categories), seasonal workflows (H-2A and H-2B), and family and status matters (adjustment of status, I-765, I-539, and mixed households). The workflow is the same across case types: upload source documents, Infinity drafts the case outputs, and the team reviews and files. The product uses each firm's own templates and drafting style rather than generic AI prose, and integrates with practice management systems firms already use, such as Filevine and INSZoom.

How we think about automation

Our position, reflected across every guide on this site, is that AI should prepare and organize — not replace attorney judgment. Automation is most useful on the repetitive layers of immigration work: classifying inbound documents, tracking intake readiness, and producing a structured first draft. Eligibility analysis, legal strategy, and the final filing decision stay with the attorney.

Deployment options include managed cloud and private environments, with enterprise security controls aligned to SOC 2 requirements.
