Case-capacity pricing
Pricing for AI immigration drafting and case preparation
Pay for the cases Infinity works, not for software seats. Access is set up for the people who work those cases.
Infinity automates more of the case-preparation workflow: document review, missing-item follow-up, forms, letters, evidence, consistency checks, and supported DOL/FLAG, USCIS and CMS steps.
No per-seat fee. Access is set up for the people who work the cases. Higher volume? We'll build a plan around your firm. Attorneys remain responsible for legal judgment, final review and filing decisions.
Why Infinity is priced differently from a drafting assistant
Many immigration AI products are sold per user because an attorney or paralegal still operates the tool and completes much of the surrounding case work. Infinity automates a broader portion of case preparation, including document handling, forms, letters, evidence, missing-item workflows and supported government or CMS steps.
Infinity will often have a higher software bill than a seat-based drafting product. The buying question is whether it removes enough additional staff work to lower the firm's total cost per completed case.
| Drafting assistant model | Infinity case-prep model |
|---|---|
| Team operates another software seat | No per-seat fee; access is set up for the people who work the cases |
| User gathers inputs and resolves missing items | Supported workflows can identify gaps and coordinate follow-up |
| Output is primarily generated text | Output can include forms, letters, evidence and review-ready case materials |
| Staff moves work between systems | Supported integrations return approved outputs and status to the existing workflow |

Illustrative estimate. Savings use the paralegal hours-saved assumption you enter, a 30-minute attorney cleanup reduction, and only the cases included in the selected plan. This is not a guarantee. Validate with representative matters, your templates, and your review process.
Pricing questions
Is pricing per user?
No. There is no per-seat fee. Access is set up for the people who work the cases and is covered under the plan fee.
What counts as a case?
Case counting follows the scope agreed for your workflow. We confirm the billing definition before onboarding rather than applying an unstated rule.
Are dependents included?
Yes. The case price does not increase based on the number of dependents.
Is onboarding included?
Template setup and integration scope are confirmed during the workflow review so the proposal reflects the firm's actual systems and requirements.
Can we start with a few sample matters?
Yes. Firms can evaluate Infinity against a small number of representative matters and their own templates before expanding.
Do attorneys still review the work?
Yes. Infinity prepares the work. Attorneys remain responsible for legal judgment, strategy, final review and filing decisions.
