Our first-month delivery guarantee
Know what you’re paying for.
Before we start, we agree on your first-month checklist. If we fail to complete those commitments for reasons within our control, we refund your first month’s fee in full.
The 30-day delivery period begins once we have the required website access and content approvals. Delays awaiting your input extend the deadline accordingly.
At the first-month review, you may choose to stop without paying for future months. Completed work remains paid unless the delivery guarantee applies.
We commit to delivery and transparent measurement. Rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, inquiries, and signed cases are not guaranteed. Search improvements may take longer than the pilot.

What is AEO, and how does it relate to SEO?
Answer engine optimization, or AEO, focuses on how your firm is represented in AI-generated answers. We combine visibility checks with practical SEO, clear service content, and accurate firm information. No file or special markup guarantees an AI citation.
Do you guarantee leads or AI recommendations?
No. Our goal is better discoverability and more qualified consultations. We guarantee the agreed first-month delivery, then report search visibility, AI mentions and citations, and inquiry trends with their limitations.
Can you work with our existing website provider?
Yes, if the necessary editing access and responsibilities can be agreed. We can coordinate with your provider. A full website rebuild is not included in the pilot.
Who reviews the legal content?
Your designated attorney approves legal content before it is published. We organize the work and prepare improvements; your firm retains responsibility for legal accuracy and applicable advertising requirements.
How will we know what changed?
You receive a documented starting baseline, a record of page and technical updates, and monthly reviews. AI visibility is sampled using a consistent question set. Inquiry attribution depends on available tracking and your intake process.
What happens after the first month?
At the first-month review, you can stop without paying for future months, or continue the remaining two months at $1,500 per month. After the pilot, any continuation at $2,000 per month requires agreement. Nothing renews automatically.
